Equipment Review
A comprehensive assessment of an individual's mobility, cognitive abilities and existing equipment and adaptations to recommend tailored solutions that enhance their daily living independence. Whether you have been discharged from hospital with more (or less!) equipment than you would like or feel you are starting to struggle getting on and off things, we can support you to make the right decision for you.​​

Rehabilitation Plan
From the initial assessment we may create a personalised rehabilitation plan that addresses your unique needs and goals, helping you engage in meaningful occupations and sustain strategies beyond facilitated rehab.
